Because you didn't say you have read it.  If you still have questions
after reading that section, please say that you have read the FAQ, or
at least make your questions more specific, so that others will
understand that the FAQ references won't help you.

No.  I did my best to explain in the FAQ everything I thought was
relevant.  I might of course be mistaken, but I cannot possibly
correct anything without somebody else telling me what is missing or
unclear there.  If you can suggest any way to improve that section (or
any other section) of the FAQ, please do so.
