Try ghostscript.  A search at any internet search site will find the pages
of a company called Alladin.  They distribute a program called ghostscript
for nearly every operation system on the planet.

Get the copy for Win32.  Make sure you get GSView.  This is a nice viewer
application similar to adobe acrobate for pdf's.  Ghostscript by itself is
not usefull.

Most importantly, GSView comes with a nice little installer program for
ghostscript.  This is good because there is really quite a bit to the
program and most people get overwelmed.
