when i use allegro's midi functions...the midi output doesn't sound right,
the song
sounds screwed up...(even in demo.exe)....when i play the same midi files
in
windows..it sounds perfect....i have a Ensoniq Audio PCI soundcard..with a
wavetable....i have no idea why midi's don't sound right in allegro....

also...in 3.0Beta....when using non 8bit modes...and using bitmap
manipulation
functions other then Blit()...the functions screw up...i.e...if i save
16bit pic in a data
file with grabber.exe..and try to display it in a 32bit mode say with
rotate_sprite()
it looks screwed up....i found a way around it...i have to first create
another
bitmap...and blit the pic from the datafile to the new buffer...(this
corrects the
colors)..then use the new buffer with the bitmap functions....

also in 3.0Beta...if i use dat2s and save truecolor pics...and use the
fixup_datafile()
function it actually messes up the pics =P insead of fixing them....so if
i don't use
that function it looks fine....

i think that's all the things i found wrong in 3.0beta...thankz for any
help with the
midi...i can't wait for 3.0 final....
