Hi.  I assume you are referring to the RHIDE for linux right?  You can
find the latest binaries and sources at this following url: 

http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~sho/rho/rhide-1.4/rhide-linux.html

The only think I suggest is not to bookmark this page as it is likely to
change with the next release of the IDE.  The page has the correct url
to bookmark in case you decide to update later.
