Wrong analogy. I didn't throw anything into your face, I've opened the
map and pointed to the exact place where you wanted to arrive. I still
fail to understand why did that infuriate you so much. Would it be okay
if I pasted that entire section into my reply? If so, are you bashing me
because you had to actually read that section yourself?

Are you suggesting that everybody who saw DJ's message would repeat it to
you, just so that you knew the answer sooner? I didn't reiterate DJ's
reply *precisely* because doing so would waste the bandwidth on something
that has already been said.

I assumed that you would see DJ's message when it propagates through the
news servers, and the FAQ section I pointed to includes DJ's answer as
well, so you won't be losing anything even if you were to see my message
before DJ's.

I cannot possibly guess which answer is good for you. I will answer the
questions the best way I can within the limits of my free time. You
cannot ask me for more than that when you come for a free help. If you
want me to treat you as a customer, you can hire me (rates available upon
request). But as long as I'm doing this on my own time, it is your
responsibility to pick up the answers that you think are useful and throw
away the rest. I give you my permission to throw away all my replies,
from here to eternity, should you elect to do that, and I promise not to
complain.
