I don't know a DJGPP port of p2c, but there is a stable
version of p2c for EMX (DOS and OS/2).  For EMX see
http://home.pages.de/~gnu-pascal/resources.html#EMX .

But maybe you are not going to convert a Pascal program to C
but just program in Pascal?  Then you should try GNU Pascal
for DJGPP - see v2gnu/gpc20b.zip in your DJGPP distribution
or ftp://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/gnu-pascal/beta/ for
more recent (beta) versions.  In contrast to p2c, GNU Pascal
supports objects, overloaded operators, and more extensions.
