Please reconsider your judgement with a cool mind. If the FAQ had all the
answers, that people need, there would be no reason for this
mailing-list/newsgroup, is it not?

That is an unfair conclusion and is contrary to my own experience. Is
there something that you would like included in the FAQ that you think
will make the document more informative?  Request the maintainer if you do
and I am sure he will be fair with your request. I am speaking from
experience here.
