That's a bug in 1.4 (and ALL the previous versions). The topic was discussed in 
the list some time ago. That's produced by the use of the Optimal Fill switch. 
If that's too annoying or you want to check if the bug was killed download the 
editor alone. Is in SimTel in the same directory as RHIDE under the 
ediNNNNb.zip name (NNNN=version).
