DJGPP programs need a DPMI server to run.  Did you download
CWSDPMI.EXE as well?  If not, that's the first thing to try.

Otherwise, you will need some means of getting output which usually
goes to the console, and post the crash diagnostics here.

Does go32-v2.exe also reboot?
