The only time that I've seen a difference is when running my FED editor
under win95. On my machine at work (a p133), everything runs silky
smooth if I call __dpmi_yield() in the idle loop, and if I don't call it
the mouse response becomes very jerky when running in a windowed mode.
But on my machine at home (also a p133), everything runs fine without
the yield call, while the mouse becomes uneven in fullscreen mode if I
_do_ call it. So I'm not sure what the best approach is :-)
