    I think the Error -1 is the return value of SPAWNLP or whatever varient make
uses. -1 means it couldn't run the program, probably becuase it didn't exist.
This is pure observation - I don't have make source. If you can compile normal
.c files (and c++ for the setup.exe) then it's a strange error. Allegro doesn't
need Bison or Pascal or anything else.
    It could be you didn't install properly. allegro.o is the first file Make
compiles, and spawning GCC may have failed. Check your path.
