I think it isn't available on the net.
I'll explain you how I have it:

1) I have a relative old rbint.ng file in Norton Guides format (is the 42 
version, or similar, enough for me).
2) I made a converter from .ng to .info, so I converted the file.

The NG->Info is available in my Web pages (go to the DJGPP section and look for 
my programs). But the last RBINT release (52?) isn't in .NG format EVEN when 
there is a converter: RBINT->NG sources. You need a NG compiler, and a very 
good one because the files are huge. I have the 90% of the code for a NG 
compiler, but I never finished it just because of time.
