Check out my new auto-fractal program ("frac.zip") at
http://www.seanet.com/~aland/ , underneath the fractal picture.
You need Windows and pkunzip, WinZip, or whatever. The source code
is also available. It was written with DJGPP and Allegro 2.2. 
This is not as sophisticated as Xaos, but I made every effort to 
make it fast. On my Pentium 100, the first screen takes about 2 seconds.
It is designed to be started and then left alone for your viewing 
pleasure. There is also a soundtrack, but I designed it to not play
if your computer isn't Soundblaster compatible. 

I would appreciate feedback from you 486 users concerning the program's
speed. Please email me if you discover a bug -- I'm sure there are many.
