Maybe with the possible exception of emgcc, another gcc port
to DOS and OS/2 (if anyone still remembers OS/2 ;-)
I'd rather say a nightmare with any compiler but gcc.
BTW, the other way round is nearly just as easy, if you stick 
to some conventions...
