Hi!

	I was wondering whether anyone had considered combining the
libsocket and Waterloo TCP/IP libraries into one library that would detect
which platform it was running on and then use the appropriate method of
implementing TCP/IP, e.g. libsocket's code for Win95 and Waterloo for DOS.
