This says available, ie something else is using the memory, disk space
also affects swap space so make sure there is enough free on the
hardrive where either GO32_TMP or TMP or TEMP points to. Also remember
that windows provides DPMI memory itself, I don't use '95 yet :) so
maybe someone else can tell you how this works.

Try running mem /c and see what programs are using what memory but
remember if your running this under windows (in a dos box) then windows
itself will be using up some of the memory. Again try running these from
true dos, not a dos box. I'm not sure but I think that also only states
you have 64mb installed on your machine not 80mb.
