Does this also happen when you boot into DOS (either plain DOS 7 or
DOS mode)?  Do programs which come with DJGPP (e.g., gcc itself) work
without crashing, both in Windows and in DOS?  What does go32-v2 print
when invoked with no arguments?

In case the above questions don't supply a clue, one other thing that
comes to mind is that maybe your system is infected with a virus.
Please try to scan for viruses, and after that, reinstall DJGPP from
the original zip files (I assume those arew intact and in good shape).
