Come on, Paul, you ought to know better!  If you have any problems
like this with the traffic here, you need to write to
djgpp-request AT delorie DOT com (it's in the FAQ).  If you had, DJ would
have either handled this himself or explained to you what to do about
these bouncing messages.

The problem is NOT DJ's listserv, btw, it's the fella whose address
appears on the bouncing message.  Probably someone subscribed using
bogus address or something.

Anyway, since I also got such messages, I asked DJ and he instructed
me to remove that address from the list.  Which I did.
