Yep... Brennan Underwood has one, but it mostly focuses on using NASM (an
Intel based assembler that produces COFF coutput, among other things) in 
conjuntion with DJGPP. www.rt66.com/~brennan/djgpp/

There is a link of the DJGPP main page somewhere, but I'm not exactly
sure... I'm sure you can find it though :) www.delorie.com

And there's always the GAS manual.
