This exactly the correct description. That means, bison, flex and all the
other tools which need in general more than one compile step and which
_produce_ files which are dependencies of other files should be handled
in an other way then simply reordering the project items.

But this will take some time be until I get a good thought _how_ to
do it.

Of course I have, but currently I do not answer so much, since there
are also other helpfull people who can answer.
