I don't know about you, but I'm pretty damn tired of having pyramid schemes and
porno solicitation email coming to my mailbox(with a forged return address)through
a mailing lists which are dedicated to C-compilers.  I especially find it annoying
that there are companies profiting from this terrible practice.

So I'm doing something about it.  I'm sending a large amount of C code to service AT thehitman DOT com, info AT webcareers DOT com, monarch AT onlinebiz DOT net, and dan AT thehitman DOT com (the guys who wrote the software which brought us such greats as "MAKE MONEY FAST!!!", "GET OUT OF DEBT NOW", and "come meet us dancers") to return the favor. I would encourage you to do the same. 

If you think unsolicited direct marketing email should be banned call or write your representative to support the Smith Bill(HR 1748) which will allow private citizens to sue direct marketers for $500 for each piece of unsolicited email received(treble damages if they "knowlingly" violate the law) so we can put a stop to this annoying practice.
