To be honest, if someone doesn't know the basic keywords of the language
they're using, they really ought to read a book or find a tutorial. I think
that documentation should just cover library components (as it does now). 
Presumably va_* were left out since they're macros, not functions, but I agree
that they ought to be included. I also think that useful global variables
should be mentioned in the docs. Others probably disagree, though (otherwise
they'd all be in there ;)).
