Please ask DJ Delorie <dj AT delorie DOT com> who maintains the archive.

It is possible that the news propagation delay is the culprit (that's
the Bad Things about going to usenet news instead of mailing list).
Try to see if messages posted to the DJGPP list directly (e.g., mine)
are more up-to-date.
