As explained at the end of the setup documentation, readme.1st, you need
to firstly put the `bin' directory of djgpp into your path, and secondly
set the DJGPP environment variable to contain the full path and filename
of the file djgpp.env, wherever that resides on your system. Unless you
change the default directory structure (don't!) everything should work
fine after that.
