You mean that you unzipped everything in a directory called "c:\langdev"? In
that case, you need to have these lines in AUTOEXEC.BAT:
SET DJGPP=c:/langdev
SET PATH=C:\LANGDEV\BIN;%PATH%

REALLY, REALLY bad question to ask here. We've just finished a few flamewars
over that exact question. My only advice is: Try it and see.
