Did I mention that Eli Zaretskii, his family, friends, and associates
are not eligible for the challenge? :)

Seriously, I came to the conclusion that MSDN is worth it after using
third party books, periodicals, and internet resources including the
(then new) Windows 3.1 API WinHelp file that I downloaded from
Microsofts ftp site!

I find myself using the CD the most.
