I not sure exactly the name of the file, but on the borland ftp site there is a
help file (in a delphi directory ?) Which does a wonderful job of explaining
Windows programming from the beginning. It contains funtion reference and
everything. It's about 10Megs uncompressed, a Win32 help file. Hope this helps
someone.
