Right, thank you. :)  How many of you would be terribly pleased if you took
a class on C, and when you asked how to do something, you were handed a copy
of _The C Answer Book_ but not _The C Programming Language_? (_The C Answer
Book_ provides answers to the exercises given in _The C Programming Language_)
Examples are fine, but without an explanation it is hard to learn.
