Currently this is not possible. And this is not related only to DJGPP
but to the linker which is GNU ld. Ok, thisa was the answer to the first
question and even when the second question is very short, the answer
would be (at least for me) very long so I will not answer it
here. Maybe someone else has the time to do so.
