Yes. But, of course, not everything is discussed in the documentation. In

Clearly it belongs nowhere near this group, since this is comp.os.msdos.djgpp.
Note the 'os.msdos' part, which clearly indicates that the topic is related
to the MS-DOS operating system, and no other.

I fail to see how an operating system called GEOS is relevant to an MS-DOS
port of the GNU development suite.
