You didn't install djdev201.zip (otherwise, DJGPP.ENV would be
present).  The file `info/dir' comes with djdev201.zip, and Info won't
work without that file.

You should install djdev201.zip in its entirety.  DJGPP isn't supposed
to work without djdev being installed, so you might run into all kinds
of problems if you don't.  Please be sure to read README.1ST and
install all files that are described as required in the "What to
download" section.
