Hello - 

In case anyone is interested, there is a new version of NT Emacs available
(19.34.6) 
that can drive a debugger session under NT.  At least for me anyway.  I
have NT 4 SP3.
Prior versions of NT emacs would crash badly when you invoked gdb.
