With more people like you willing to contribute in any way chance are
quite good that there will be the eLpEE-Browser one day.
It's clear that this browser must have all the important features (some
of them are surely not that easy to implement) and I also think that the
code should be portable. Linux and Windows ports would heavily enlarge
the number of possible users.
And of course we need hires-modes as well. Viewing HTML in mode 13h
would probably be a pain... :)
