Whoa, David, sure the guy's an asshole, but responding in this fashion is
no way to deal with it! 

(For the record, I completely agree that Denon0 is
a luser, I received similar e-mail, subject was "Re: Uggh, I did a dumb 
thing." and the one-line contents were "Fokk you.")

I believe an overall pleasent, sarcastic, and chastising response is best,
as well as, of course, a Cc: to abuse AT aol DOT com. I have a standard line I
use at the end of all my "get a clue" letters to AOLers: "Quite frankly, it's 
people like you that give free speech a bad name."
