How embarrassing.

Tonight I intended to post a short note detailing the steps I took to get
the precc-2.44 package to build under djgpp on win95, only when I
tried to repeat what I had done, I discovered that I had forgotted how
I did it.

Not only that, but after 12 hours of trying everything I could think
of, I still can't get the package to build.

Will someone who understands configure.in and Makefile.in and all that
stuff please take a look at the precc-2.44.tgz package and tell
me what I have to do to expand the buildability of this package to to
include djgpp on win95?
