DJGPP is a DOS port of GCC.
Cygnus win32 is a WINDOWS32 (95/NT) port of GCC.

Its just a fucken hassle downloading the stupid thing. I spent 3 hours
last
night downloading, ftp cuts off 5 meg off. Start downloading again the
archive
is invalid. Downloaded again finally to get it working. It is pretty
good, you
can use directx with it so its okay.
