Your better off just having an X and Y value for the sprite itself in
another variable, and then adjusting that.  By doing that you can do any
fancy calculations you'd want to do for like finding distances without
allegro's overhead, then just draw_sprite() with the X,y values of the
variables you made.

Just make a BITMAP like *temp  and make it the size of the screen, its
makebitmap I think.  And then you just blit(*temp,*screen,...)
