it's very easy, take some code, compile it, disassemble it.
the latest gcc version I tried is the one that is given with Linux 2.0.0
slackware. the compiler produced (with optimisation !) the worst code I've
seen from a compiler these last years.
if you want I can publish here the output, the results are obvious with
absolutly no hesitation possible
