There is no such program, per se, as DJGPP. DJGPP consists of many, many
programs, so you must be more specific. Many DJGPP packages include info
pages which can be viewed by invoking the 'info' executable. Assuming you
mean the C compiler itself, however, the command line to use is:

info gcc invoking
