RHIDE uses files with the suffix .gpr for it's project files
(and _NOT_ the W31 gproup file suffix!!)

This is to 90% a wrong installed DJGPP. Please reread the
README.1ST from the DJGPP distribution and do the steps
described there to install DJGPP. If all that doesn't help
you, please select from the leftmost menu in RHIDE the
'Bug report' item and post the generated text here.
