Create for that program a pif and then simply modify the
properties for that program. This is an thing of W95, which
has nothing to do with DJGPP but it can be used with any
MS-DOS program under W95.

But if you really wnat to disable the above mentioned keys
totally in your DJGPP program, you should do at first the
steps above and then you have to install your own keyboard
handler (very hard!!) and then "eat" this keys.
