Uhm.. I'm using a (fairly antiquated) Cirrus 5428 video card, and it HAS
hardware BitBLT support, linedrawing, etc. IBM started it with the 8514/A
card, which had a hardware Bresenham line algorithm. I'm sure all the
current generation of cards have hardware BitBLT support, and Windows is
almost sure to support this.
