I didn't say that this question is not relevant to DOS (it is).  But the
FAQ is by definition the list of *frequently* asked questions, not *any*
or *all* the questions.  So it is only naturally that Iput there questions
that have been asked at least few times in the past to make them qualify
as *frequent*.
