You have run into the same problem I saw.  There's a source patch for
gcc available, which I'm trying to get working on my system right now,
which others here on the forum tell me will solve that problem.
Hopefully the patch will be released in a future maintenance release
as well, but it's not available in a binary anywhere just yet.

Until then, you have to physically include the source of the .h file
in the program that uses it in order to debug the code that resides in
the .h file.
