Before you embark on a too-serious attempt at finding such a utility,
please be sure to read sections 17.5 and 17.6 of the DJGPP FAQ list
(available as v2/faq210b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP).  The
FAQ will explain why this approach will probably get you nowhere.
