People who use the DJGPP port of GNU Fileutils on Windows 95, please be 
advised that there is a bug in one of the library functions which makes 
`mv' program fail to move directories when long filenames are supported.

I have corrected the bug and relinked Fileutils against a patched 
library.  The new archive fil316b.zip should be available from your 
nearest SimTel.NET mirror; it is dated August 26 or later.

If you are interested to patch your library, you can see the patch on the 
DJGPP bug-tracking system, http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/bugs/, under bug 
number 173.
