Check that you have completed all the installation. See the file
README.1ST for full information. Specifically, check that you are
setting the `DJGPP' environment variable like so:

set djgpp=c:/djgpp/djgpp.env

It's probably best to put this in your autoexec.bat, or in a short
batch file somewhere in your path which you can call before using
djgpp.
