Gas is in Binutils, v2gnu/bnu27b.zip or v2gnu/bnu281b.zip (it's your 
choice which version to get).  There's no gasXXXbn.zip in DJGPP.

It is a good idea to check the file names before posting them, especially
since it's so easy to get to your nearest SimTel.NET mirror. Otherwise,
you risk adding confusion, and the original poster is confused enough
already.
