I've been running NT4 for 6 months or so now, and I have it set up
to dual boot w/MSDOS (used to be a NT/95 dual boot, but 95 got
too annoying), and I haven't had any problems using DJGPP or any
of the tools that I've downloaded. However, if the programs that
you write try in any way to directly access hardware (reprogramming
the timer, etc...) -- like many games -- then you'll not be able
to actually *run* the programs you compile. That said, things work
great otherwise.
