If you are talking about DJGPP v2 v.s. TC++ 3.0 and your program doesn't use 
disk all the time the answer is that the DJGPP code is MUCH more fast. If your 
program uses disk (or BIOS in general)  a lot you must redesign it. As with 
DJGPP you can use all the memory you can avoid a lot of disk access.

OK, but I must warn you, DJGPP is slow in that, specially in small machines.
